When contracted as the event manager, we assumes full responsibility for program coordination as well as personnel and financial management.  As manager, our role is to serve clients as an administrative tool that affords cost-effective negotiations with suppliers, detailed documentation of all arrangements, smooth on-site coordination under the direction of experienced personnel, program summary, and an objective evaluation of the program's success and effectiveness.
